Requirements and scope
We place importance on clarifying the operating environment, interfaces, performance targets and delivery expectations at the start of a project. We aim to base design and evaluation activities on the agreed requirements.
Verification and technical documentation
The test scope, acceptance criteria and requested technical documentation are considered for each project. Where environmental testing, electromagnetic compatibility activities or certification are requested, the relevant activities and responsibilities should be explicitly included in the proposal scope.
Changes and feedback
We value a shared assessment of how changes during development affect scope, schedule and deliverables. We view customer feedback as part of our product and process improvement goals.
